Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. We ship internationally; international orders are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened items for hygiene and safety reasons. All sales are final. If there's an issue with your order, a damaged shipment, a defective product, or a mistake on our end, contact us and we'll make it right, including reshipping a replacement at no cost.
