Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your dermixa order. Because our products are formulated and packaged for single use once opened, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final.
That said, if something's genuinely wrong with your order — it arrived damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered — we've got you. Just email us at hello@dermixa.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A quick description of the issue
- A photo showing the damage, defect, or mix-up
Once we've had a look, we'll send out a replacement at no cost to you no refund necessary, just a fix. We're not able to offer refunds for any other reason, including products that are simply unopened, unused, or not quite right for you.
